Request review, free test builds and individually agreed paid services.

Requests and test builds
A request is reviewed before we accept a test build. We cannot accept every request or promise a completion date solely from a queue position. Selected projects receive a free working test version. It may contain placeholders and is not a production service. Preview access and free revisions are limited; we agree what is practical individually.
Paid launch
You decide whether to launch after reviewing the result. Before any payment, we present an individual proposal covering scope, monthly price in AED, applicable tax, hosting, support, third-party costs and the rights to code and deliverables. Submitting a request does not authorise a charge. Paid operation starts only after you approve the proposal and complete Stripe checkout.
Use and ownership
Provide only content and files you may lawfully use. Do not upload harmful code or unlawful material. We agree source code ownership or licensing, export rights and any third-party dependencies in your proposal. Customer websites include a footer link reading “Built by YourWebDev”.
Service changes and disputes
Additional work and price changes require a separate agreement. Service availability, support, suspension and data export are specified in your proposal. Contact us first to resolve an issue. Mandatory rights under applicable UAE law remain available; these terms do not exclude them.
