Who processes your data

A.T.K.V TECHNOLOGIES CO. L.L.C operates YourWebDev. Contact hi@yourwebdev.ae with privacy questions or requests.

Data and purposes

We process your email, project description, messages and files to review your request, answer questions and deliver the service you ask for. We process sign-in records, IP addresses and essential cookies to operate accounts, prevent abuse and protect the service. For paid services we also process billing details and subscription status.

Your choices

The request form asks for your agreement to process your request and contact you. It does not subscribe you to marketing. You can withdraw a request and ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing or object to direct marketing by emailing us. We may retain records required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.

Service providers and hosting

Our hosting, email, payment and operational providers process data needed to deliver the service. Stripe handles card details on its hosted payment pages; we do not store full card numbers. Our shared hosting infrastructure is outside the UAE. Data may be processed internationally, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. Contact us for the applicable recipients and transfer information before sending sensitive information.

Retention and security

Unconfirmed requests are normally removed after seven days. Uncontracted requests and previews are retained for up to 90 days of inactivity. Account and project records are kept for service delivery and applicable legal retention. We restrict access, protect account sessions and use encrypted connections. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data, production passwords or private keys in an initial request.

Client projects

If your project collects personal data from its own users, we agree the processing roles, instructions, hosting and safeguards before production. The free test environment is for test data.
