Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly card subscriptions in AED through Stripe, with a price agreed before payment.

Monthly subscriptions
Paid operation uses an automatic monthly card subscription through Stripe in AED. We agree your individual price before checkout. The checkout shows the amount due, applicable VAT and billing frequency. Your saved payment method is charged at the start of each monthly billing period until cancellation. Third-party expenses are included only when your proposal explicitly says so.
Manage and cancel
Open your project in your account to access the Stripe billing portal, update your card, see invoices and cancel renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep the agreed service until then. If the portal is unavailable, email us before the next renewal and we will help you cancel. We do not increase a subscription price without presenting and agreeing new terms.
Failed payments and suspension
We notify you when payment fails and provide a way to update your card. Any grace period, service suspension, retained copy and export options are defined in your individual proposal. A browser redirect after payment is not payment confirmation; your account updates after Stripe confirms it.
Refunds and complaints
Contact hi@yourwebdev.ae with the project or invoice reference and a description of the issue. We review duplicate or erroneous charges, agreed cancellations and service issues individually, according to the proposal and applicable UAE consumer rights. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
